• Head Coach for B2015 Gold, B2014 EA, and B2012 NL2 teams; previous experience leading the B2008 Gold team.
• Built both the B2014 and B2012 teams from scratch, guiding each through a multi-year progression:
• B2014 Team: promoted from White (2023) ➝ Gold (2024) ➝ Elite Academy (2025–26)
• B2012 Team: promoted from White (2023) ➝ Gold (2024) ➝ National League 2 (2025–26)
• Recruited and developed several players who have advanced through the club’s player pathway to EA and EA2 teams, demonstrating a proven record of technical and tactical development.
• Voted SoCal Elite FC “Coach of the Year” (2024) in recognition of player development, team advancement, and leadership across multiple age groups.
• Design and deliver a curriculum rooted in positional play, emphasizing width, depth, third-man movement, and intelligent build-up patterns.
• Utilize Trace video analytics for team and individual analysis, supporting tactical refinement, decision-making, and measurable player growth.
• Oversee player evaluations, seasonal planning, and age-group coordination.
